  • Our adult program is designed to bring out the very best in you. No matter what the interest, adults find the experience of training in martial arts exciting and challenging. As a result, this may lead to many improvements in their personal life. We have found students that become involved use the pursuit of their black belt as an opportunity to set goals and achieve endeavors once thought to be impossible.
     
    The self defense in our adult program is based on natural motion. In other words, you don't have to be a star athlete to train at our studio.     The primary focus in Little Champs class is to develop fundamental basics, creating a solid foundation to build upon in the older years. Therefore, we teach very few of the martial arts skills that you will see in older children's programs and instead focus on the skills they need BEFORE entering the older classes.
     
    The Little Champs program is tailor made for this young age group and will therefore, meet their needs better than our regular karate class which is targeted for an older students. Little Champs will

    Aerobic Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. These workouts, which are inspired by martial arts, have motivated many people to start a fitness program.
     
    This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The American Council on Exercise (ACE), which evaluates exercise products and programs, notes that, during a one-hour kickboxing workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 calories, which is up to twice the calories you burn during a one-hour step-aerobics class.

    Tournament training is not a requirement of our students. Tournament training for those students who have shown exceptional attitude and personal commitment towards competition. Students of all ages have the opportunity to join the Champions Karate Team. These students are encouraged to participate in sport karate tournament competition. Through their participation in regular karate classes and competition team training sessions students will develop their sports karate fighting strategies, perfection in forms, rules and knowledge of competition, and sportsmanship skills.
