Master Conneen has been training in the martial arts with Master Alan Cheung since age 13. Master Conneen has been inducted as Instructor of the Year by NAFMA and he is a breaking champion. |

Master Cheung has won many national and international grand champion and world champion titles in forms and weapons.

Master El-Java W. Abdul-Qadir 4th Degree Black Belt Master El-Java Abdul-Qadir is a Coordinator for Temple University. He has a Master's Degree from Syracuse University. Master El-Java has won many grand champion titles in forms and fighting. Currently ranked as one of the top competitor in the NASKA circuit.

Ben Mauro 2nd Degree Black Belt Mr. Ben Mauro is a police officer and a part time martial arts instructor. He has been training in the martial arts under Master Frank Kruse for many years. Mr. Ben has won many karate championship titles.

Instructor Christy Krause 3rd Degree Black Belt Ms. Christy Kruse is a school teacher and part time martial arts instructor. Ms. Christy is a graduate of Neumann College. She has been training in the martial arts under her father Master Frank Kruse since age of 5. Ms. Christy has won many women's black belt grand champion fighting titles.

Jr. Black Belt Instructor Kayla Conneen 2nd Degree Jr. Black Belt Kayla is a honor roll student. She has been training in the martial arts with Master Alan Cheung since age of 7. Kayla has won many grand champion titles in forms and weapons and she has competed in the NBL and NASKA and ranked as one of the top competitor in those circuits.

from Haverford High School. He starts his freshman year at Temple University
in Pharmacy
program in the fall of 2008. Gary has won several grand champion titles in
